1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using any service provided by NEXOUS WORLDWIDE CO. LTD, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions. By proceeding with our services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these terms in full. Continued use of our services constitutes ongoing acceptance of any updates or amendments.

2. Scope of Services

NEXOUS WORLDWIDE CO. LTD provides professional air and sea freight logistics solutions, including but not limited to:

  • International Air Freight Shipping

  • International Sea Freight Shipping

  • Tax-Free Shipping Address Services

  • Warehousing and Package Handling

  • Home and Special Zone Pickups

  • Port Maria Operating Area Pickup Services

  • Island-Wide Zip Mail Delivery (additional cost to customer)

  • Coordination with Third-Party Courier Services where required

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at our discretion without prior notice.

3. Shipping Schedule

Shipments are processed based on our established shipping cycles. All timelines provided are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Delays may occur due to:

  • Customs processing

  • Airline or shipping carrier schedules

  • Government inspections

  • Weather conditions

  • Operational disruptions beyond our control

NEXOUS WORLDWIDE CO. LTD shall not be held liable for delays caused by customs authorities or third-party carriers.

4. Service Areas & Pickup Options

Primary Operating Area:

  • Port Maria

Pickup Services Available:

  • Port Maria location pickup

  • Home pickups

  • Special zone pickups (subject to availability and approval)

Island-Wide Delivery Option:

  • Zip Mail delivery service available at an additional cost to customers

Delivery fees and service availability may vary depending on location.

5. Responsibility, Risk & Liability

All shipments are transported at the customer’s own risk.

NEXOUS WORLDWIDE CO. LTD assumes limited liability for loss, damage, delay, or errors related to shipments.

Responsibility begins once a package is received and scanned at our warehouse and ends when the package is:

  • Delivered to the customer

  • Released to a third-party courier

  • Handed over to customs or regulatory authorities

We are not responsible for:

  • Vendor or merchant errors

  • Incorrect shipping information provided by customers

  • Packages lost or misdelivered before arrival at our warehouse

  • Delays or damages caused by third-party service providers

6. Packaging & Fragile Items

We are not responsible for damages resulting from improper or insufficient packaging by vendors or customers.

Fragile items including electronics, glass, liquids, cosmetics, and other breakable goods are shipped strictly at the owner’s risk, regardless of packaging method.

7. Prohibited & Restricted Items

Customers are solely responsible for ensuring that all shipped items comply with local and international laws.

Prohibited items include, but are not limited to:

  • Illegal drugs or controlled substances

  • Firearms, ammunition, or weapons

  • Explosives, flammable, or hazardous materials

  • Counterfeit or replica goods

  • Pornographic or obscene materials

  • Perishable foods

  • Live animals

  • Cash, cheques, or negotiable instruments

Any prohibited item may be confiscated, destroyed, or surrendered to authorities without refund. NEXOUS WORLDWIDE CO. LTD assumes no liability for seizures, fines, or penalties.

8. Customs, Duties & Fees

Customers are fully responsible for:

  • Accurate customs declarations

  • Applicable duties and taxes

  • Government fees

We are not liable for customs-related delays, inspections, penalties, or seizures.

9. Assisted Online Shopping Services (If Applicable)

Where assisted shopping services are provided:

  • Full payment must be made in advance

  • Customers must confirm item details before purchase

  • Payments are non-refundable once the purchase is completed

We are not responsible for vendor errors, sizing issues, incorrect items, cancellations, or delays. All disputes remain between the customer and the vendor.

10. Payments

Accepted payment methods may include:

  • Bank Transfer

  • Cash

  • Approved Online Payment Methods

All payments must be settled in full before shipment processing. Payments are non-refundable once shipment handling or processing has commenced.

11. Claims & Complaints

All claims must be submitted in writing via official email or claim form within 48 hours of notification or package receipt.

Supporting documentation such as invoices, receipts, and photographs may be required.

WhatsApp messages do not constitute official claims unless formally acknowledged in writing by management.

12. Storage & Uncollected Packages

Packages not collected within 7 days of notification may incur storage fees.

Packages uncollected after 30 days may be:

  • Auctioned

  • Donated

  • Disposed of

to recover outstanding storage and administrative costs. Customers remain responsible for all unpaid charges.

13. Cancellations

Cancellations must be requested prior to shipment processing. Once shipping has commenced, cancellations may not be possible. Cancellation fees may apply.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel services at our discretion.

14. Amendments

NEXOUS WORLDWIDE CO. LTD reserves the right to update or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon publication.

15. Entire Agreement

These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between NEXOUS WORLDWIDE CO. LTD and its customers. By using our services, you acknowledge and agree to operate within these guidelines.
